RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchange only or store credit for any item returned within 03 days of purchase (if purchased at one of our stockists) or 03 days from the date of delivery (if purchased from our online store). Any item returned in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Item can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product, subject to availability of stock and when payment is made for the difference in price if any. All returned and exchanged items should be in good condition as when originally purchased. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved for any exchanged items. We do not offer refunds for any item purchased in our online store or at one of our stockists.
All orders are delivered through courier, within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. Cash on delivery as the payment method. The delivery address should be correct and a receiver should be available on the day of delivery at the given address as we are unable to redirect orders once it has been dispatched. If items are returned due to unavailability or incorrect address, we could redelivery them at your own expense. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. We only deliver on weekdays, not on weekends and holidays.
